Entry requirements

As a firm, our ability to deliver the quality of advice and service our clients expect relies on the quality of our people. With this in mind, we look for a minimum 2:2 undergraduate degree. We don’t mind what your degree is in; it’s your ability to think and your all-round qualities that interest us most. In addition, you'll need a B grade or above in GCSE English Language and Maths and at least 300 UCAS points in your top three A-levels (excluding General Studies).

Application process

We’ve designed our application process to be rigorous yet fair. It’s important to establish that we’re the right fit for each other. So the first step you should take in this process is research. Take the opportunity to find out as much about our business, culture and approach to work as you can. This will help you to decide if we’re right for you. If you think we are, we’ll be looking for stand-out graduates who are a cut above the rest. Your application form will be the first chance for you to demonstrate this. Our advice would be to sell yourself but be yourself. It’s what makes you tick that we’re interested in. So tell us why you’re different. If you progress to interview, it goes without saying that things like punctuality and presentation are important. But, above all, remember, we want you to do well. The reason you’ve reached this stage is because we’ve seen something in you. Use the opportunity to build on this. Try and relax; enjoy the situation. Keep these things in mind and you’re sure to excel.
